Important Reminder:
Deleting your account is irreversible. All of your data will be permanently deleted, and you will no longer be able to access the account. You can fill out the information below for us to process your request, or you can delete your account directly inside the mobile app: Go to "Profile", enter "Settings", and then tap "Delete Account" and follow the prompts.
- Go to the main "Profile" tab on your mobile device;
- Open the "Settings" section;
- Tap "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen steps.
How long will it take?
We will complete the processing within 3 to 7 days after you submit your account deletion request. If you change your mind during the process, you can contact our support team through the in-app contact tool at any time to cancel your request.
